A go link is a short keyword that can be entered directly into your browser’s address bar to quickly access company resources. Also known as a golink, go-link, or go/link, it enables large tech companies like Google, Linkedin, Twitter, Square, and many other companies in Silicon Valley, to quickly manage and find all of their important links.

How do you use go links?

Once golinks is installed, simply type into your browser “go/” followed by a keyword. For example, if you’ve already created go/meet to point to a Google Doc about a new hire, simply type in go/meet into the address bar, or navigate to http://go/meet

Go links redirect your browser to the correct location with a number of possible integrations. Check out the integrations available under the integrations category for a full list. Any one on your team or in your organization can create a golink that can then be shared anywhere in your daily tools.

How do you make a go link?

To make a golink simply navigate to the dashboard and click “Create a Golink”. All you need is a URL, and a name for the golink. GoLinks will try to populate the name and description based on information in the URL. Once itʼs created, you can use it by typing go/ followed by the link name you just created. You can also share it in a number of applications.

What counts as a “user”?

A “user” is person or account that occupies a seat within GoProfiles. You may add or sync your entire employee data base but only employees that are accessing the information on GoProfiles will require a seat.

Is GoProfiles secure? Where and how is my data stored?

Security and privacy is extremely important to us. GoProfiles is SOC 2 Type II certified and is hosted on AWS. Read more about our security and privacy policies here.

What if I need an integration GoProfiles doesn’t offer?

We are always taking requests for new integrations. If you don’t see a connector you need, you can reach out to us to inquire about building the integration.

Do you offer monthly plans?

Yes. The monthly costs for Essential is $125/mo (20 seats included) and the monthly cost for Pro is $312.50/mo (50 seats included). By subscribing to a monthly plan, you will lose the discount for annual subscriptions.

Is there a discount for bundling with GoLinks or GoSearch?
